Our Suites are truly unique! Overlooking the ocean, each Suite (also lovingly called 'Cabins' due to exterior feel) boasts ocean views and private decks with BBQs. We offer top of the line bedding and strive to create the retreat you want to return to time and time again. Our pricing fluctuates seasonally and due to ourproximity to all of Homer, we offer a few tidbits on what to do seasonally as well throughout our site. All Suites feature Smart TVs and ample heating, breathtaking views and upscaled furnishings for a cozy respite to your Adventuring Spirit.

The Puffin Rock Suite

The Puffin Rock Suite is reminiscent of a nesting rock for Alaska’s favorite bird. Dual level accommodations with a private deck seating area gives way to a view of the Bay. Ample lawn area to enjoy and a lower separate entrance adjacent to dedicated parking make your arrival a breeze. Our top of the line linens and high quality beds give you an ample night sleep in the quiet of being tucked into a cliffside nest. Lower level offers 2 king beds in the Yurt shaped unit. On the upper level, the quaint seating and living area with bathroom, queen sleeper sofa and gas fireplace offers the comfort of a home away from home. Here you can relax, unwind and refresh your inner adventurer. The skylight above gives you a peek at the Northern Lights when she’s afire and the kitchenette includes counter convection oven, fridge with ice maker, microwave, coffee and tea. The indoor dining area compliments the covered outdoor deck with table to eat out and BBQ and side burner. Tub over shower in the full private restroom allows for options that meet your preference.

The Grotto

Entering above ground into the Rotunda, a spiral staircase takes you down, underground to the entry of the two lower Den Suites. Nearly soundproof, our quiet quonset hut design creates private access to each Suite ensuring a relaxing retreat. Recessed into the Cliffside (like a hobbit home), you will enjoy a full ocean views and a panoramic skyline. Your private outer deck sits on the lower lawn portion of the Cliffside with outdoor dining being a favored option. In the sun, (a picnic table) or enjoy your private covered fire pit, outdoor couch and BBQ with side burner eating area. In the unit itself, enjoy a (top of the line) linen layered king sized bed, a matching full sized bed and new queen sleeper-sofa. The kitchenette and dining area allows you to eat in with a full fridge and ice maker, counter convection oven, microwave and coffee & tea bar for your stay. Featuring a tub over shower in the full private restroom delivers options that meet your bathing preference.

Mast and Quarter Deck

This Suite has upstairs renovations that include a full kitchen, dining area and private deck with full views of the skyline. A private BBQ and outdoor seating area create a covered area to enjoy your stay. Also, on the upper level, the King bed offers a comfort driven sleeping area as well as a full bathroom with shower over tub to match your preference. To create a vibe, we’ve added an electric fireplace to round off the ambiance under the smart tv. This Suite now includes a Quarter Deck addition as well. Below the upper level (Mast Suite), we have added two full beds plus a 1/2 bath creating more sleeping space and stacker washer/dryer for your stay. This redesigned Suite offers space to spread out for larger groups or families traveling together. Both levels have a separate entrance (notable for those traveling with smaller children that other options may be more conducive).

The Botanist's Bunglaow

The Bungalow has gone through some new updates to add to the comfort of your stay! It boasts a king bed (with top of the line bedding) to add comfort and coziness. The full bathroom features a stall rain-head shower for the pickiest of bathers. A new queen sized sofa sleeper adjoins the bedroom facing the gas fireplace and dinette. Having a quaint, full sized kitchen: gas range, microwave and ice making fridge, dishwasher and full outdoor covered deck with couch and BBQ inspires Alaskan cooking while you stay onsite with us. We offer quality soaps and local made amenities throughout your Suite so that you may enjoy your Alaskan Adventure as a Seafarer might. Finally, this Suite has reserved parking in front of the Bungalow so that you have the closest to main level access and entry as we can offer on the Cliffside.

The Periscope

This small unit is built onto a tree trunk in the era of a Swiss Family Robinson treehouse. It offers a unique space with two twin beds and is offered as an add on to ANY of our other Suites for your extra travelers. It does have stairs and does not offer its own restroom therefore it must be booked in conjunction with another unit onsite. In the feel of Jules Verne meets Gilligan’s Island, you will always recall the stay in the Treehouse Periscope. We request that children are not left unattended as this unit is adjacent to the property entrance of the Cliffside and atop a number of stairs.
